In the event your product arrives damaged it is imperative that you do no discard any packaging materials. If your product is insured when you file a claim with the shipping company they will need to contact you and inspect the product and packing materials. If the shipping company agrees to pay for the damages it will be of no cost to the customer for the repairs, the customer will only be responsible for the shipping cost. If we are not contacted within 48 hours of delivery no insurance claim can be reported and the cost of repair or replacement as well as shipping is the responsibility of the customer. KPGW packages to the best of our ability to ensure your pieces arrive to you as we packaged it. KPGW is in no way responsible for the handling by the shipping company.

Stained Glass Damage from a fall, drop or mishandling of any sort:   

 In the event that there is an accidental fall or drop of your glass decoration please send pictures of the damage to our email. These events are unfortunate but do occur from time to time. If the damage is minimal it may be able to be repaired. Repair cost and shipping will be the customers responsibility, cost can vary depending on the type of glass and the amount of damage. If there is too much damage or glass type is no longer available it is an unfortunate loss. There are no refunds offered for accidental falls or drops.
